  4. Users must comply with all booking terms set by the bus operators, including ticket prices, seat assignments, cancellation policies, and boarding rules.

4. Payment Issues

  1. The app facilitates payments for bookings through integrated payment gateways but does not guarantee the reliability of bus operators or users.
  2. All payment-related issues, including refunds, chargebacks, or failed transactions, must be resolved with the payment gateway provider or the bus operator directly.

5. Reviews and Ratings

  1. After completing the journey, users can leave reviews and ratings for the bus service and operators.
  2. The app reserves the right to delete or modify reviews that contain inappropriate content or violate platform rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. The app provides a platform for connecting users with bus operators but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or truthfulness of listings, nor for the actions of bus operators or users.
  2. The app is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of using the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, missed trips, or damage to property.
